Pricing and packaging vary based on the size of your event and necessities. A quote does not secure your date. A 50% deposit will secure your date and rentals. We are a dry-hire company, meaning due to Oklahoma state law we are unable to provide alcohol directly. You provide the alcohol, we handle the rest!

Do you offer a cash bar?

No, we do not service cash bars for events. Even for private parties, a special license is required to operate a cash bar. Unless you are an organization with a Special Events Liquor License or a licensed caterer, we recommend offering an open bar (where drinks are provided free of charge for your guests).

Can you service kegs?

We strongly advise having a professional keg service booked. If you decide to supply your own kegs instead of using a professional keg service, there are a few important considerations:

Kegs require a significant amount of time to chill, so it’s essential to have them surrounded by ice and stable for at least 6 hours before your event.

You will also need to use a leak-proof container, such as large trash bins with plastic liners, to hold the kegs.

Additionally, you are responsible for providing all the ice needed for both chilling the kegs before the event and keeping them cold during the party.

Who supplies the alcohol?

Due to Oklahoma law, the client will supply the alcohol. We are able to supply all other items.

However, we like to consider this a pro. Bringing their own alcohol allows clients to have more control over the selection, reduce costs, customize the drink offerings to suit their preferences, and keep any extras at the end of the event.

4) Schedule a 30-minute phone consultation call.

5) Receive a written agreement form + submit a deposit.

How will I know what supplies to order?

Each client will receive a personalized shopping list designed specifically for their event, providing detailed descriptions and exact quantities.

For added convenience, we can supply everything needed for the event, with the exception of alcohol. In such cases, you will be provided with a list of the required alcohol, including quantities, based on your selected drink menu.

I don’t have a bar area. Can you still service us?
